Day 1 : Sick as a dog

So my amazing, productivity filled, adventurous, spifftabulous summer has begun! ...And I'm chained to a couch, clutching my intestines and cursing whatever virus has invaded my bowels. What a way to start. I wanted to start of the blog with a BANG doing my chores, working out, eating great, doing something nice for myself....now all I have to show for the start of summer is a bowl stationed next to me on the couch and the accomplishment of watching an entire season of Scrubs in a day.
